Eleiko Program – Cycling Level 1

This 3-day/week Level 1 program is meant to accommodate those who are starting their strength journey. Each training session has two blocks of exercises separated by 2-3 minutes of rest. Each block of exercises focuses on different movements.

This 3-day/week Level 2 program is meant to accommodate those who are more advanced in their strength training. Each training session has two blocks of exercises separated by 2-3 minutes of rest. Each block of exercises focuses on different movements.
